POINTS INFORMATION HERE

Points are allocated according to the points table and correspond to the position of the competitor in the given race.
After the descending ranking of the competitors according to their points scores, an overall ranking list is created in the individual age categories in the listed races. After accomplishment of each partial race, the so-called standings are entered and at the end of the Series, the so-called final ranking is entered.

In case of an equal points score, the winner is decided according to the higher points score in one of the SkiTour races.

Allocation of points in the individual SkiTour races is done after recording of the official results every Wednesday following a race.

Based on the number of points achieved in the individual races, we differentiate 2 basic ratings:

A/ Absolute rankings compiled independent of the age categories. They are created by totalling of the points scored according to the position in the individual races of the SkiTour Series. The absolute ranking is further divided into the absolute ranking of the Long SkiTour, Short SkiTour and the classic 10 km races. The absolute standings shall be updated regularly at the website www.ski-tour.cz/en/

B/ Rankings in the categories This expresses the position of the competitor only within their age category. The skier’s points in the absolute rankings are transferred to their category. The ranking in the category is compiled in a descending manner according to the points gained from the absolute ranking. The overall ranking is created by simple totalling of the points scored in the Series races. The ranking in the category is regularly updated at www.ski-tour.cz/en/
